Lindsey Graham demands ICC reveal details of probe into prosecutor Khan's misconduct allegations
EXCLUSIVE: Sen. Lindsey Graham is demanding answers on reporting that British International Criminal Court (ICC) prosecutor Karim Khan was accused of sexual misconduct at the same time he was pursuing criminal charges against Israeli officials. "Public reports indicate that allegations of harassment surfaced in early May--just a few days before Prosecutor Khan applied for arrest warrants against the Prime Minister and Minister of Defense of Israel for alleged violations of law during the defensive Israeli-Hamas War," Graham wrote in a letter obtained by Fox News Digital. "The timing of the allegations is troubling, and only compounds the other strong legal, jurisdictional, and prudential objections I have expressed regarding the Prosecutor's decision to seek arrest warrants." On May 20, Khan requested arrest warrants for Israeli President Benjamin Netanyahu and Defence Minister Yoav Gallant, as well as Hamas leaders Yahya Sinwar, Ismail Haniyeh and Mohammed Deif. All three Hamas leaders have been killed in the past year.

Activision Blizzard disinvited from speaking at SXSW due to misconduct allegations
Game Developers Conference spokesperson Katie Stern said that while "reports of systemic misconduct and toxicity at Activision Blizzard have been deeply upsetting," the Conference sought to "uplift these individual developers, who have no record of wrongdoing, and to not punish them because of their association with poor leadership." The featured speakers include a tools engineer, user researcher and the head of Activision's ads business.
Will Microsoft's acquisition of Activision Blizzard finally bring scrutiny on the video game industry? Akin Olla
Microsoft recently announced plans to purchase Activision Blizzard – one of the world's largest video game companies – for nearly $70bn, making it the biggest acquisition in tech to date. While big tech always seems to be facing some sort of – usually well-deserved – public criticism lately, the ire has mostly focused on social media. Facebook, YouTube and Twitter executives have all had to testify before Congress about their platforms' roles in spreading misinformation and being used as organizing tools for events like the January 6 storming of the US Capitol. This is all on top of a history of alleged labor violations, including complaints that traumatized content moderators are paid poverty wages and reports that Black employees face racial discrimination. Video game companies mirror many of the alleged problems of social media yet have long evaded accountability, outside of the occasional attempt to ban a violent video game.

Ubisoft fires Assassin's Creed creative director amid misconduct allegations
Ubisoft has fired Ashraf Ismail, the former creative director of Assassin's Creed Valhalla, in the wake of misconduct allegations. Ismail stepped down from his role on the game in June, though he remained with the company. A fan publicly accused him of taking advantage of his position and lying about his marital status while seeking a relationship with her. "Following an investigation by an external firm, it was determined that Ashraf's employment with Ubisoft had to be terminated," the company told employees at its Montreal office, where the latest game in the franchise is in development, according to Kotaku. "We cannot provide any details about this confidential investigation."
How Do We Interpret the Terrible Future World After James Franco's Misconduct Allegations?
This article originally appeared in Vulture. Nothing is ever as it seems when it comes to James Franco. The man makes a lot of baffling "artistic" choices, any of which could conceivably be explained away as one of the performance-art pranks he so enjoys pulling on the public, and in a greater sense, on himself. Is he penning a column of film criticism, or engaging in an Adaptation-style interrogation of a self divorced from the self? Is he challenging the pillars of historical thought, or just putting goo on stuff?
